Language Classes

Q: What languages do you offer?
A: We are now offering ESL (English as a second language) . Soon we will be offering French, Spanish and possibly other languages.
Q: Do you have group classes or private classes?
A: We offer both group and private classes. Whether you prefer group conversation or one on one tutoring we will work with you to meet your learning and scheduling needs.
Q: When are the classes, in the morning or the evening?
A: We offer morning, afternoon and evening classes.
Q: How long is the course?
A: Our English course consists of 7 levels.

  • Level 5 – Advanced
  • Level 6 – Upper Advanced

Listening and Speaking courses with online lab (Intermediate to Advanced Levels 2, 3, 4 and 5

Reading and Writing courses with online lab (Intermediate to Advanced Levels 2, 3, 4 and 5

Each level normally has 16 hours of class time. A group class meets for an hour, twice a week for 8 weeks. In a private class you learn at your own pace.

Q: How do I know what level I am in?
A: Take our free placement test, and we can determine a learning plan specifically for you.

Translation Services

Q: Do you translate all languages?
A: At AESL we have a large database of translators for all major languages and subjects.
Q: My document needs to be notarized or certified. Do you do that?
A: Yes, we do. Having your documents notarized is not a problem. This is a common request.
Q: Do you charge by the word or by the page?
A: We have a minimum charge for single page documents under 300 words, anything larger is charged by the word.
Q: I need this ASAP. How long will it take?
A: The completion time depends on the content and size of the document. We will work with you in every way in order to accommodate your timeline.
Q: What forms of payment do you except?
A: We have a secure server for online payments.

Interpretation Services

Q: I have a doctor’s appointment. Do you have an interpreter for medical terminology?
A: Yes, we have certified medical interpreters who can meet you at the time of your appointment.
Q: My client has a court appearance. Do you provide legal interpreters?
A: Yes, we have many court certified interpreters and interpreters who specialize in law and legal matters.
Q: Is there such a thing as a phone interpreter?
A: If given advance notice of the time of the phone call, a conference call can be arranged between the clients and a phone interpreter.
Q: Our Company is having a conference with several foreign guest speakers. Do you provide interpreters for conferences?
A: We offer several different options for conferences. There is consecutive, simultaneous and whispered interpreting. We can discuss which best suits your situation.
